Love this! I have a small kitchen and wanted an island I could use as a table. I looked at several before deciding on this one for the following reasons: 1. Drop leaf supported by solid brackets. 2. Trashcan door. 3. Fake marble top is more moisture-proof than others I looked at. 4. Locking wheels. 5. I didn't need an outlet on it. I put this together by myself (f,70). It took me most of a day as I leisurely assembled it. Instructions were good. I had one set of drawer slides backwards, but easily fixed. Piece (#37), that paper towel brackets go on, has holes different distances from the edges. Since you put this piece on while the table is upside down, the holes closest to the edges go closer to the floor (the top of the table). I had it backwards and the trashcan door hit the paper towel roll whenever I opened it. I was able to take things apart and flip it over. I had a little trouble getting the top seated properly, but with some pushing of the posterboard-like pieces (#14/#15), it slipped into place in the slot on the top. The bottom hinged door is slow close! I love having the extra storage space. It's very solid. I bought 2 bar stools to go with it. I couldn't be happier. This rolling drop leaf island is great for a kitchen or any workspace. It has a built in space for a trashcan, lots of storage and features for organizing and functioning. It is on wheels and easily moved around when needed and then the drop leaf folds down when storing the island away. I never imagined this cabinet to be so nice! So happy to be hiding my waste basket behind a beautiful easy tilt door! Plenty of room for use of full-size kitchen trash bags. Love the spice rack and added shelving where I am now easily storing additional roll of trash bags and plastic food storage containers. The natural wood top is a beautiful touch to a beautifully finished and designed cabinet. Thought only a custom cabinet would give me these options.
