I do like the look of this table. I am disappointed to find out that the top is MDF so it makes me wonder as a kitchen table how well that will hold up. There are also two very interesting holes on the bottom of my table, which has no reason to be there, and I wonder if they will affect the integrity of the table top.. Debra. Grottoes, VA. Fri Oct 23 2026

The dining table flaunts an elegant geometric style with a top and cube-patterned base. Made of premium MDF, it's stable and long-lasting. The 63"W x 31.5"D tabletop has ample space. Its trendy base suits various decors and it's easy to assemble. Note the color may vary due to lighting; the hollow top and base don't mar the beauty.

Great table. Way heavier and sturdier than I expected for the price.. Rachel. Needham, MA. Sun Jun 21 2026

This round dining table brings an inviting modern farmhouse vibe to any eating space, big or small. It's crafted from a mix of solid and engineered woods, and it comes heavily distressed for a rustic cottage vibe. A distinctive pedestal cross base features angled legs that form a stylized hourglass-inspired silhouette. It can accommodate up to four people for casual meals and cozy chats with a few good friends in your home. It also provides a space-conscious surface that fits comfortably into a variety of smaller layouts.

I love this table. It's heavy and feels sturdy. The only thing that upset me is that they shipped it with cloth straps that were stapled to the underside of the table. I understand it probably kept it safer for shipping however the staples were very hard to remove and left some damage to the table, even if no one can see underneath I feel that is disappointing.. Annalisa. San Diego, CA. Wed Sep 23 2026

Nice looking, solid wood table. We paid to have Wayfair assemble the table. That was a good decision. The fellow provided was prompt, efficient and neat. Ideal for cozy spaces, this delightful Castellon Drop Leaf Rubber Solid Wood Dining Table offers traditional appeal with an efficient footprint. Made from solid rubberwood, this charming design features a clean-lined tabletop with four tapered square legs. A half-a-circle drop-leaf easily converts a two-person table to comfortably accommodate three, while the opposite straight edge allows you to place the table flush with a wall. To maximize space in the eat-in kitchen, start by rolling out a rustic linen area rug for a pleasant pop of pattern, then place this table by a brightly lit window to enjoy weekend breakfasts in the summer breeze. Top the table with a gingham runner and a hand-painted ceramic vase of freshly cut petunias for a floral centerpiece for any occasion.

Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Everything was exactly as shown in the picture and it works out perfectly in a small unit. As I am 70 years old, it did take me one hour to put it together. But I did it myself!. Hazel. Sun City, AZ.
