Hand-made high-quality thick hollow distressed floating shelf. Our distressed floating shelves are hand-hewn and made with love and passion. The distressed look is achieved by hand distressing with attention to small detail. Each shelf will have its own unique distressing and will have knots and imperfections to achieve a rustic look. Dimensions may vary slightly from selected due to the nature of the wood and the time effect on it. Easy to install, we will provide all the installation materials needed.

When this wood is reclaimed and made into this gorgeous set of shelves, all of its authentic beauty remains. We do not add to or take away from any of the natural distressing that has occurred from decades of use. You will see nail holes, screw holes, nails, discoloration, scratches, dents, and many other variations. Each of these markings is a glimpse into the history of your shelves. You may see holes from a mortise and tenon joint or other time-honored wood joining techniques. You may notice where a hinge or hook is used to hang. No two pieces of wood are the same - that is what makes these shelves so special! They are one of a kind. They have a long story already, and when you bring them into your home, that story continues with you.
