Moving elderly parent in with us. Perfect size for a small room. The set is beautiful, but very challenging to put the chairs together. My husband is very mechanically inclined and never has problems putting things together, but these chairs were challenging.. Lori. Fawn Grove, PA. Sun Sep 27 2026

We were very pleased with the quality and the ease to put it together. I was looking for something to fit in a small space and this was perfect. And the drop leafs make it so you can also fit four people when added. The color was exactly what I expected.. Carol. Rowley, MA. Thu Jul 30 2026

This is a solid piece of furniture that was incredibly easy to assembly not made of nice heavy solid wood and slides open really smoothly. When you flip it open make sure it’s slid to the middle so it doesn’t over bend, it needs to be in the middle to be even.. Tiia. Somerville, MA. Thu Oct 15 2026

Ideal for cozy spaces, this delightful Castellon Drop Leaf Rubber Solid Wood Dining Table offers traditional appeal with an efficient footprint. Made from solid rubberwood, this charming design features a clean-lined tabletop with four tapered square legs. A half-a-circle drop-leaf easily converts a two-person table to comfortably accommodate three, while the opposite straight edge allows you to place the table flush with a wall. To maximize space in the eat-in kitchen, start by rolling out a rustic linen area rug for a pleasant pop of pattern, then place this table by a brightly lit window to enjoy weekend breakfasts in the summer breeze. Top the table with a gingham runner and a hand-painted ceramic vase of freshly cut petunias for a floral centerpiece for any occasion.

Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Everything was exactly as shown in the picture and it works out perfectly in a small unit. As I am 70 years old, it did take me one hour to put it together. But I did it myself!. Hazel. Sun City, AZ. Pretty easy to put together. The only thing for me was that the holes didn’t 100% line up for 2 them, one on each side. Hasn’t caused me any issues only having 2 but it was a little annoying. Carolina. Lakewood, CO. Mon Oct 19 2026

The tabletop is veneered MDF. The 24" counter-height stools feature linen-like upholstery in a light-gray hue, plumped with comfortable cushioning. The set includes a table and 2 stools.

As everyone else has pointed out, the assembly instructions have nothing to desire. The cushion color is more a taupe-gray. The pic isn’t portraying that. I’ll probably recover sooner than later. The wood isn’t as attractive as the photos portray - it’s not walnut looking, but more like a non-grained wood. They’re comfortable enough. We’re keeping them because I like the overall style..
