The flame options are good, though I wish the box was deeper for a more real look. It heats the room up fast, and I'd give it 6 stars for that (out of 5, it's that good!). I usually run just the flames with the heater off, but I wish the thermostat went lower than 71°. Installation was a breeze, and the instructions were very easy to follow.. Julie. MO.
