Really sturdy shower base. I would buy again. I thought the pressure-fit drain would be handy, but my plumber refused to use it because he said they can cause problems. So that wasn't much of a value. But overall a great product. Just make sure to specify where you want the drain. When they asked, I said it didn't really matter, because I was plumbing a new drain to it. But I said, "Well, just put it in the center." But maybe because I hadn't specified that on the order, they sent the drain in the rear center, as shown. And it barely worked, because there was a joist super close! HAPPY In general a nice shower base. Came in great packaging with good protection and no damage. One thing that could be improved is to put a thin plastic protective film on it. This is needed until it is completely installed along with the walls around it. The only long term concern I have is the lip edges on 3 sides are not integral to the base and have to be sealed with silicone and attached with screws. I haven't installed the base yet but I can say that I'm very pleased with it. It's very sturdy despite being lightweight, and the finish is flawless.
