This photo is the rug and pad I purchased only had to trim pad to fit round rug which was useful cause I got to use it on some other rugs cut up pieces so I hold them in place and our floors are very cold so the pad was needed. We've had this runner on steps + hallway in our multi-level house for a couple of years now. We like it so much we're going to buy the same one for a hallway on a different level. It is mostly tan/brown but has a grey overlay in places as well. So it looks great with both beiges and greys. It has the elegance of a border rug but the middle is mottled, so it doesn't show the scuffs and spills as does a traditional border rug with a solid coloured middle.
