Finally had an installer show up unpackaged and it was in good shape and I'm very happy with the door. Installer did not use the framing that came with it in separate box. He said that would cost me more money so I'm not happy about that because now I have beautiful framing just sitting in a box in my garage. I understand taking all the framing off and my screen door and reframing would have taken more time. Nice wood grain look installer suggested I stain it but I'm happy with it white for now..
