This barn door was the perfect solution to our gaining the use of our whole corner of our bedroom while providing the privacy needed for our bathroom! Prior to installing this door we had a standard bathroom door which when opened cut off the whole corner of our bedroom and pressed upon my nightstand. I hated to walk into my room to see this. This BEAUTIFUL barn door solved the problem beautifully! The quality is great, shipping was fast. They said the door was only primed, and could be painted! The door was simply beautiful as is. This item was received fast, and was well packaged. Unfortunately I decided not to use it because the color didn’t work for us, and the barn door I received had pre-drilled holes for the standard barn door. Mark. San Luis Obispo, CA. Tue Jul 28 2026

SMARTSTANDARD is committed to providing high-quality, customized, and durable Barn Doors to satisfy your home decoration and security needs.

This product is very solid and high quality. Only thing I didn’t like was that the satin nickel rail is 3 pieces for an 8 foot rail. Makes installation more difficult than a one or two piece rail. The other door I purchased used a black rail that was 2 pieces. Other than that the door is solid and easy to assemble but very heavy. I wasn’t expecting it to be so heavy but it is a 48 x 84 solid door so it makes sense. Love having full access to our closet now!. Neal. Billerica, MA. Tue Sep 08 2026

The tempered frosted glass panel provides soft diffused lighting while ensuring privacy, and its space-saving sliding design seamlessly adapts to various décor styles.

Package arrived, and it was a miracle none of the pieces fell out. My hat is off to the delivery driver, who must have worked hard to deliver all together. I just completed the staining using coffee which gave it a beautiful golden brown color, the wood took it well and I was pleased with the quality of the wood and frosted glass. I then added a couple of coats of tung oil which I do not recommend. I sanded it down and stained it again, but this time applied one coat of satin varnish and wow, turned out beautiful!!. Debra.
