I think this is better than the price. It super easy to put together (put on the 4 legs and that’s it) and super easy to extend. It is very small when closed (which is what I wanted). The extension works on metal slides which isn’t often seen on inexpensive tables. It looks great, too. The assembly of this table was quick and able to be done with one person. The nicest feature is that the table can be extended should more people be in the office, otherwise great for a small space and in this case break room. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. OK, first of all let me just say we did have an issue with shipping. The first one arrived and it had a blemish on the top. It had been hit at some point during delivery, so we contacted Wayfair and they were more than happy to send us another table. So we returned that table and another table arrived about five days later and everything was great with it so Wayfair itself is great. FedEx probably needs to be a little more careful. Table is very solid, nice looking and was easy to put together. There is a slight bit of damage on the top but barely noticeable and not worth the trouble of sending it back. Fits great in our kitchen especially with the drop leaf feature. I guess I didn’t read the details because I thought it came with the matching chairs in the picture but that is on me.
