Well this is a great product but putting it together was a lot! The instructions were hidden along with the screws necessary for installation. This is a beautiful, sleek looking range hood. It has great features and is very well made. The convertible option is huge for those of us who don't currently have a vented hood. It is heavy but installation looks like it will be straight forward. My installation is delayed since I have to remove cabinets over the stove, find the backsplash tiles that current end at the bottom of the cabinet and continue it up before installing the hood. Great price, just the right size. We originally ordered one that had the wrong dimensions listed in the description. It didn’t fit. The customer service rep literally pulled up the manual online, saw where it was listed incorrectly and submitted a ticket to have it fixed for future orders.
