I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. I ordered the 12-inch mattress, and Ill admit I was a little hesitant when I first unboxed it because it was still expanding.
