Our non-slip stair mats require no additional glue or nails. Directly laying on the surface of the stairs can be adsorbed. Adsorption firm not shift, to avoid walking feet brought about by the shift. These are medium duty stair treads. This is my second purchase, the first set were used on my back stairs and have held up nicely for almost a year and a half and still perform and look good. I stapled them on the back stairs, but don't recommend doing that, the cheapo staples rusted. Machine washable custom-size latex skid-resistant back stair treads offer a large variety of sizes customized by inches. We individually cut and use overlock stitches to finish edges that make the product machine washable. I love these for foot comfort. I just wish they were as deep as my first set I purchased from Wayfair (30"x 9 1/2"). These are only 8" deep. There were some treads that had flaws (loose gel under the clear film) so after talking to representative Jana (super nice and helpful) about them they are going to send me another set. They are easy to install and sticky but can be adjusted at least once if you need to adjust them.
