This lamp is very cute and looks handmade. I like the push switch on the cord and bought two type G 40 watt bulbs to go inside. The circular top isn’t painted and I like the brass colored elements although I’m worried it’ll break easily if it gets knocked over. This is probably the best purchase I've made from Wayfair, and I've made a lot. Even my husband loves it. The lamp is very well made, heavy and truly a quality piece. The shade has a high gloss, which I wasn't expecting but I've come to like it. When turned off, it's a deep blue, when lit a soft purple. This lamp is stunning!!!! It was fairly simple to put together, and was packaged nicely in styrofoam. The lamp arrived quickly with no damage! It’s exactly what I was hoping for. It is taller than I expected! Very nicely made. The shade pattern I picked is beautiful. The bottoms of the legs have soft pads so it won’t scratch your furniture.
