Good for the price. Three issues: minor rust on some of the welds, instructions said to use 1/4" drill bit, but that was too big for the included lag bolts, and the biggest issue is that the mount is either level when retracted against the wall OR level when pivoted out 90 degrees. Upon removing the styrofoam layer designed for protection, I found that several panels had been broken. Very disappointing, as I was excited about my purchase. I have a GIANT headboard and with my mattress and boxspring the outlet behind my bed is really hard to get to.
