I really do like my Cuisinart Stand Mixer. It has plenty of power for the things I use a mixer for which is mostly cakes. I got a black quilted cover for the mixer to protect it from dust and keep its bowl clean. I am shocked and delighted!! I had no idea what to expect, but I made dinner in my Lekue Steam Cooker. I sliced a potatoe, added olive oil and seasoning and a splash of water. Then I precooked it for 4 minutes. Then I placed a 4 oz frozen salmon fillet on top of the potatoes. Seasoned it and put it back in the microwave for 4 minutes.
