I needed a steam mop for my hardwood floors and this one did its job. It's compact enough to store easily in my cleaning closet and was easy to assemble. This carpet cleaner and stain remover is great in the fact that it is compact, however, the attachment for the hose comes out very easily. It did remove the stain from my couch but not my carpet. The suction is good but the worst part is the fact that the stain remover liquid that goes in the machine is a very small bottle and I can’t find any more liquid on Google. this steam mop works great. I have pets and teenagers so things get spilled regularly. It is easy to use and cleans the floors nicely. The pads are easy to remove and wash in the laundry. The only thing is, I wish the cord was just a little bit longer and that the reservoir for the water was a little bit bigger.
