I initially gave a 1-star review because I thought my product had not been delivered. However, a little sleuthing work and I realized it had been delivered to the last (and now outdated) shipping address Wayfair had online for me. I went to that old office and there it was, safe and sound! Happy ending!. Teri. CA. Sun Feb 19 2023

Very strong, the best quality. Keeps beverages, warm or cold. Per usual Wayfair sends it out whenever they feel like it like they did a time ago when I ordered a chair and never got it. It was just sitting in a FedEx station. The shipping has gotten horrible.. Amitria. Mon May 18 2026

I was not really sure what to expect from this beautiful mug / cup . I wanted it for the amount of water that it will hold ( 40 oz ) I am older and I need to drink more water so I wanted a bigger cup then what I already have however I have problems with my grip and sometime with the weight of so.e items . This is perfect for me the handle is just right and the weight when filled seems to be well distributed. My only issue is I have a hard time sliding the drink hole cover open or closed but that is my issue because of my own strength and that should not affect any reason that someone else would not like it . Im sure that I will be ordering another one in my future .. Christy . Pennsylvania. Mon Mar 02 2026

With its convenient pop-top, the Commuter lid can be used with any S’well Traveler size for splash-free sipping on the go.

My favourite thermos and the commuter lid never leaks, unfortunately its flip closure is a bit delicate. I’ve broken it several times, but I keep replacing it because it’s head and shoulders above the competition!. Brenda A. Tue Sep 29 2026

The Iced Tea Select can transform loose tea leaves or tea bags into a refreshing, flavorful beverage in minutes, with minimal effort. Just add loose leaf tea or tea bags to the large, reusable filter basket, fill the non-removable water reservoir, and then add ice to the carafe. The handy dial lets the user customize tea strength from mild to strong. Then press the illuminated on-off button, and in just minutes, a refreshing carafe of flavorful iced tea will be ready to enjoy. The Iced Tea Select can brew black, white, green or herbal tea flavors – or even iced coffee for a change of pace. Convenience features include auto shut off and a removable filter basket. The simple yet sophisticated design – with a matte white exterior and a glass carafe – is a beautiful addition to the tea lover’s kitchen counter, bar or buffet. This is a versatile machine for year-round enjoyment of favorite teas, from delicious fruity peach or blackberry passion teas to classics ranging from Earl Grey or Mediterranean Mint, with or without sweeteners according to taste. Fresh or frozen fruit can be added to the pitcher for a delicious gourmet beverage.

I’m very pleased with this iced tea maker so far. Even though the pitcher is glass, it is surprisingly lightweight and easy to lift. It also brews the tea fairly quickly. I don’t like my tea too strong, so I really like that you can adjust the strength to your preference. My previous iced tea maker had a plastic pitcher that cracked in several places, so I decided to replace it with one that has a glass pitcher. I’m glad I made the switch. So far, this tea maker has worked great, and I would definitely recommend it.. Darlene. US. Tue Aug 04 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this travel cup. It really does a great job at keeping your drink roasting hot and it does this for a good few hours. It great to take on the go and I loved that it’s like drinking out of a normal cup rather than a small whole in the top which I found so much better. Also loved the push in design to open and close..
