For the price so far, so good. I find it hilarious that the ribbed wood pedestal is Velcrod to the table But it looks fine enough for my purposes. I bought the table more for looks, as it will rarely be used. Still, its very decent quality (as much quality as you can get from MDF and veneer), and seems sturdy with the extra middle support. Id say it seats 8 comfortably. If you have slimmer profile chairs, you could squeeze in 10 tightly.. Heather. Sacramento, CA. Fri Aug 28 2026

Top the table with a gingham runner and a hand-painted ceramic vase of freshly cut petunias for a floral centerpiece for any occasion.

Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Everything was exactly as shown in the picture and it works out perfectly in a small unit. As I am 70 years old, it did take me one hour to put it together. But I did it myself!. Hazel. Sun City, AZ. I was a little concerned when I bought this as it had no reviews (and was being sold by multiple sellers), but the product was just as advertised. It was a bit troubling to put together some parts, but overall the instructions were decent. I would say it could fit four chairs, but two (one on each side) the person wouldn't have the best leg room as it would be near the cabinet portion. Expanding and shrinking the table is fairly simple and its great for places that don't have a lot of space or rarely need a dining room table.. Brittany. Dayton, OH. Thu May 14 2026
