This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. Very nice shelf! As some reviews have mentioned, the instructions could be clearer - a couple pieces I initially tried to put in backwards and thought they weren't going to fit, but once I got it figured out everything fit perfectly. Only other complaint is many of the stickers differentiating the metal beams were in visible places once assembled and difficult to remove - I had to peel them off and rub away the adhesive residue with alcohol. Those minor setbacks aside, all assembled it feels sturdy and looks good - I like the design in the back that makes it unique.
