This frame came assembled but without instructions on how to attach art. There were some screw holes but they weren’t drilled all the way through and the frame is plastic. This is a brand new 1.25 inch Stainless Steel frame. The size listed is the image size. The visible size will be 0.5 inches smaller all around. The frame moulding measures, 2 inches wide, 0.75 inches high, 0.5000 inches in depth, with a lip size of 0.25 inches.
