Very attractive gathering area with lots of space. The curtains and mosquito netting adds to its usefulness. The 14x24 Ft. is slightly different than the 12x20 Gazebo that we purchased in 2020. It has a support bar across the middle that is only 6Ft.In. high which interferes with putting a fan in the middle. We installed on an existing cement pad and when it rained the water flooded around each leg. Ceiling kept the middle dry. Velcro ties for curtains came loose during moderate gusts of wind. I never write anything. BUT, I have to on this one.... I purchase many items that need to be put together and (this is my second gazebo purchase) I must say this Purpleleaf Gazebo exceeded all my expectations. Everything was lettered and numbered. The directions were easy to read. Screws and hardware were labeled. Honestly, I don't think i have had so much success in putting together a large project like this before. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Steps 1 you can do with one person. Step 2 you need 2 people helping you. Step 3 get 3-4 people helping with the roof. Suggesting...screw as you go or they can slip off. This product was great. Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good. Ive been watching this gazebo for over a year and finally pulled the trigger when it went on sale for memorial day. It took 2 days to assemble with 4 people and a supporting cast of 3 wives grilling and refilling water bottles and of course telling us what was being done incorrectly.lol. Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself..
