For the most part well constructed and good quality material except the head cushion and lumbar cushion are not fitted properly. There is a gap between the two. I did A LOT of research before buying this chair, and I am happy with my purchase. It came in 1 decently packed box. The assembly took 5 minutes, and we are very happy with it so far! It is not a huge, oversized chair - but that's great because we needed something that would pair nicely with our existing living room furniture without swallowing up the room. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. This chair is well made, really comfortable, and much more than I was expecting. (You never know what you are going to get when you are ordering online). This was an exceptional purchase and I am thrilled. The leather is a soft ivory (not light brown as advertised) and matched my other furniture perfectly,. The chair swivels and is SOOO comfortable. The open/close mechanism is solid and smooth, and the padding is thick, and feels really supportive in the right places. I appreciated the 'white glove' service in bringing it into my house and setting it up for me. That was a bonus. In the end, I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase, this chair is really solid and comfortable, and lovely to look at.
