We recently updated our guest bathroom with a new walnut vanity, white quartz countertop, white subway tile and matte black fixtures, and this mirror was the perfect finishing touch. It seems those who ordered the smaller ones arrived without damage for other reviewers. I had to remove a star because the backing doesn't really prevent large pieces of glass or shards from coming off the mirror when it breaks, which is a benefit listed in the ad. I can say this with confidence after receiving 3 broken mirrors. Most of the time, the large pieces were still attached to the backing, but it one case, a large chunk of it did come off. It made installation so much easier than I expected, no fumbling with multiple brackets or trying to get two mounting points level at once. It just hangs securely once the cleat is up. Being able to choose horizontal or vertical orientation is a great bonus depending on the space. For the price and the quality of materials, this feels like it should have cost more.
