This is a great picture frame. It can be used as an 11 by 17 with a mat or as a 24 by 30 poster frame. It came well pacakaged with protective screen cover on both sides of the plexy glass. It is a sturdy black metal frames with lots of clips to hold the backing into place. The Poster frame was received undamaged. Nothing exciting about it but basically it is a pretty standard frame including a white mat. A variety of hooks are already installed on the back so it can be hung easily in whatever direction you need.
