Handsome cabinet at a good price, and fairly easy to assemble. One caveat, I followed the instructions exactly, but the interior shelves are finished on one edge and not the other. I ended up putting it together with the unfinished edge out. Since you pre assemble the pieces it's not apparent until the last step when you do the last assembly steps. This is a really beautiful and sturdy piece of furniture. Mine did come with a crack on the top edge. But it did not affect the structural integrity and so I reported it to the manufacturer. They were great to work with and we came to an agreement that I feel is fair to all. This does come with a marker too in case you scratch something while assembling and so I used that on the crack and though I know it is there, I doubt any guests would ever notice it now. It is heavy so make sure you don’t try and move it by yourself. About 100 pounds. I bought this as a TV stand for our new living room last year. We have nice big windows and once we assembled it, we realized we didn’t want to block the whole window with a TV. So we decided to mount the TV on the wall and we use this to display these handmaid barns my father made our daughter many years ago. We’ve never had space to display them so they get the honor on this nice piece of furniture. The sliding barn doors hide shelves for storage or display. Very nice piece but does take a bit of patience and time to put together. This is not a criticism and if you like assembling items, this is for you!
