Very nice shelf! As some reviews have mentioned, the instructions could be clearer - a couple pieces I initially tried to put in backwards and thought they weren't going to fit, but once I got it figured out everything fit perfectly. Only other complaint is many of the stickers differentiating the metal beams were in visible places once assembled and difficult to remove - I had to peel them off and rub away the adhesive residue with alcohol. Those minor setbacks aside, all assembled it feels sturdy and looks good - I like the design in the back that makes it unique. Left the second shelf out so I could fit my PC tower on the shelf nearest the ground, the rest of them are displaying all my mementos and knick knacks.. Rick. Denver. Fri Oct 16 2026

This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. I purchased a rental home and it has a hallwaylaundry room by exit to the garage. Overtime I want to build out a nicer cabinet and hanging area, but I was short on time wanted to fill it up with a quality piece of furniture that could be useful short term and also fit in anywhere else. My budget was tight and I was happy to find the selection being a four tier quality metal piece of furniture on wheels that could be used anywhere. This took an average amount of time to get it set up, the 1st quarter of a football game in time. It’s strong and useful and it wasn’t a wire rack type of look. I found this from Wayfair and I’m really glad that I did cause it fit in perfectly to the small space I had between the laundry tower and the wall, and it looks classy, not like an afterthought! ️. Really a 4.8 if we’re splitting hairs. I needed more storage in my bathroom so gave this a shot because it’s a few inches thinner than your average shelf. I might be mixing a few two many tones and shapes but at least I have my counter space back. Pros Nice easy glide drawer Sturdy Great walnut look Mehs A little imperfection in some of the seams It is cheaper materials so not sure about long term durability. Abee. CT. Mon Oct 05 2026
