Arrived in original box so it was not packed inside another delivery box. I was concerned that the glass or other parts would be damaged but the foam protected the glass shelves. I would recommend this item be mailed with protective packaging though. Otherwise the quality is fair. The “metal” components including the hardware is a plastic/metal composite but seems durable.
