This fan is so adorable yet does a fantastic job moving air around. We installed this within 20mins. There was a bit of mixup when screwing in the fan blades but realized it when we turned it on. If the fan does not operate after installation, please ensure that batteries are properly installed and that all wiring and power connections are secure; if necessary, the remote control can be re-paired by turning off the power, turning it back on, and immediately pressing and holding the fan ON/OFF or 2H button for 10 seconds until the red indicator light flashes, indicating successful pairing, after which the fan can be tested again.

The item arrived well packaged and installation was relatively easy. The very last part of install was the light and there were two male connections instead of a male female, but just cut the end off and hardwired it not a big deal.
