It will likely be a nesting site for robins come spring, which is why I didnt opt for a more expensive wreath. Because it's neutral/natural in terms of the decor on it, you can decorate it with boughs, more pine cones or ball ornaments. The lights are attached to a battery pack that is fastened on with a velcro strap. The battery pack has 3 settings: on, off, and an on-timer setting that keeps it on for 6-hours/off for 18-hours.
