Handyman took about two hours to build, add new faucet, adhere sink to cabinet, and caulk edges to tile. Note that the hole for the sink drain is not universal and the Moen drain that came with the new faucet did not fit. Luckily the old faucet drain fixture fit after the handyman made adjustments, but would have preferred to have the new faucet drain installed. I have a very small bathroom and the floating vanity makes it look larger since it does not take up floor space. Be warned there is very limited storage in the drawer. My original plan was to sand this piece down and paint it green. However, after seeing how beautiful it is, I think I will be leaving it as is. It was incredibly easy to assemble with clear instructions and took less than an hour.
