I love these barstools! I purchased a set of 3 and a set of 2 The two pack stools were perfect, no damage. The set of three all had cuts on the cushions the metal frames were scratched and dinged. We put them together but I reached out to customer service. They sent a new 3 pack and they’re in perfect condition. We put them together and now have a nice set of 5. Now I need to return the other 3 which I’m not happy about. Taking them apart and packaging them. ☹️ The good stools are great though. They are comfy, with a clean contemporary design. I like that the base bottom of the stool matches the top dimension wise Nice and square. I like that the footrests are unique and functional. They tuck nicely under the narrow overhang.
