everything but the rug was acceptable. that 5x7 area rug was just what I wanted. it arrived folded into a square in a box smaller than I get cases of dog food in. the rug is about a 1/4 in thick. I thought I was getting a RUG. like I have always purchased from you. I have bath towels that are thicker. I am not happy with the thickness, nor did it say on the site you could blow air through it. how about giving me a free carpet pad to make up for it? see the amount I have ordered in this one order. I have$ 4,000 leather sofa sitting on this dish rag thick rug. it would go a long way to appeasing and future orders. Sandra lahay. Sandra. Bradenton, FL. Tue Sep 10 2024

Natural woven materials can also be affected by temperature and humidity; mold may occur and should be vacuum-cleaned as needed. Do not use any harsh chemicals or water to clean as natural bamboo material will be damaged over time from excessive moisture.

Great blinds overall! They’re not completely blackout, but that’s exactly what I expected. Can a shade change your life? I didn't think so until I bought one for a big ugly window we have in our bedroom that faces the street. I rarely lift the shade (street facing window), but it allows me to keep the curtains open and let natural light come in throughout the day. I still pull the shades closed at night because I'm paranoid (haha), but my husband and I tested the shade at night and he said even with the light on, you can't see into the bedroom. Highly recommend!. Melanie. Berkeley, CA. Fri Oct 09 2026

Good quality shades, very easy to install, and they do block out all light except what comes in around the edges. They recommended adding 1/2" for proper clearance, the width of my window was 22 1/4", and I didn't want a large gap on the sides of the shade since it was for a bathroom window, so I took a chance and ordered 1/4" larger at 22 1/2", it worked out perfectly, the shade fit the space exactly.. This blind offers outstanding value with its durable construction which resists warping, fading, and sagging. The mounting brackets are designed for inside, outside, or ceiling mounts. These worked great for what I needed. **Measure the length of the full unit and make sure NOT to place the brackets too close together. You need to know where the bracket top hooks need to be placed so the blinds can be set correctly.** I had to re drill after measuring because of where the active elements are on the blind housings. They look great though!. Bryan. Culver City, CA. Fri Sep 11 2026
