How they (Wayfair QC Team) could even allow this item to be re-boxed as a legitimately-usable item indicates the lack of training on their part, or - at the very least - reveals an incredible display of unconcern and dismissive attitude to the next customer willing to purchase a 'used' or unwanted item that is obviously a safety issue.
