I just got this so theres no longevity in this review, though I will go back and update after a while. This item is heavy, two packages arrived totaling around 200 lbs, I should have checked weight before buying as a female who lives alone. But this is beautiful. My kitchen is small so I knew it would take up the majority of my space but it surpassed my expectations in the look department. The only reason I mentioned the weight is that if you dont like it, it almost feels like you are kind of stuck with it and I read in another review that Wayfair was not as happy to return to his item so people should be aware. Love the storage space, I went from not having enough counter or cabinet space in my kitchen to having extra space. It is heavy duty, strong and good quality. Im only take a star away because there was a part of my foundation that was a bit compromised, and because this item is so huge and heavy replacing a part especially on the foundation isnt easy. I had it professionally put together and the handy man showed me the issue. Im going to report it to Wayfair but Im not sure how they could fix this and I also read someone having a similar issue, which, in all fairness could be the delivery process, you have to handle with care. After taxes this thing was almost 800 bucks so for anything to be compromised is a bit upsetting for me. However I do love it and cant wait to put it to use. I wanted to move to a bigger home but chose not to and Ive always wanted a kitchen island and it is visually perfect. The design kind of looks like granite but it isnt, but the top is very sturdy which I like. It looks elegant and fancy and I do believe it is fairly priced, although expensive, even with the minor foundation issues this is not flimsy at all, it is very strong, I am able to sit on it and it does move , rock or sway. So far Im in love with it.. Marian. Hawthorne, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026

It’s great for my tiny kitchen, I needed more counter space. It is particle board, and the top is covered in laminate, not wood. For what it is, it’s great. Def a little cheaply made but so is everything these days.. Kayleen. Saint Petersburg, FL. Sun Sep 27 2026

Enhance your kitchen with this modern farmhouse bamboo rolling kitchen island, designed for both style and functionality. The durable stainless steel top provides a hygienic surface for food preparation, while the warm bamboo frame adds natural charm. Multiple drawers, a spacious cabinet with adjustable shelving, and a built-in towel rack keep essentials organized. Smooth rolling casters allow easy mobility, making this versatile island perfect for prep, serving, or extra storage.

Very satisfied with this rolling bamboo kitchen island. I am extremely particular about my purchases and chose this one based on the real wood construction and the exact dimensions I needed to fit flush in height and width at the end of my kitchen island in my new condo and it was one of the only islands I could find in the correct size that had all the drawers I was wanting. It is constructed of solid bamboo for majority with MDF shelves and extra parts. The stainless steel top is in perfect condition and the whole unit was packed extremely well. It took 3-4 hours for my handy husband to assemble the many pieces by himself. Instructions were very clear and all parts and hardware were present with quite a few extra pieces leftover. The hinges on the doors take some fiddling with to get doors aligned correctly. We used an allen wrench with a handle grip that came with another product and a ratchet screwdriver to make assembly easier. The drawers open and close smoothly. We left the spice rack/knife block off because of space constraints. There are small predrilled holes where that unit attached but I'll cover those with some small plastic plugs and will be hardly noticeable. The wheels roll smoothly. This is a well designed island and is constructed in a durable way. We just assembled a couple days ago so only time will tell how it holds up but I feel positive that it will be an excellent piece for storage and extra counter space and should last a good long while.. We also love that the drop-leaf design lets you expand your surface area whenever you need extra room for serving or prep.

It took a little while to put together, but the customer service over the phone was superb and it looks great in my kitchen! Would recommend for sure. Exceeded my expectations.. Anonymous. US. Wed Sep 16 2026

Kitchen Island with Storage: Spacious countertop for easy meal prep; bottom two-tier open shelves keep cookware, utensils and daily essentials handy.

It’s a very nice kitchen island, especially considering that it’s made of plywood. I will say that it sits a little higher than my countertops than I expected, even though I measured beforehand. I believe the extra height may be intentional to accommodate stool seating. Overall, though, I’m very happy with it! I’m currently upgrading my kitchen and redoing my cabinets, so I needed to find ways to cut costs without sacrificing the look I wanted. This island was a great solution. It looks beautiful in my kitchen, provides plenty of extra workspace, and has become the perfect gathering spot for my guests while I’m cooking.. Katherine. Wauwatosa, WI. Mon Sep 28 2026

This is the cutest kitchen island! I got it in black and it matches everything in my kitchen perfectly. The best thing about it is it has so much storage space and it looks so high-end!. Mary. WI. Tue Aug 11 2026

This 70.87" stationary kitchen island is a multi-functional storage workstation designed for modern kitchens. Its stylish vertical slatted door design blends farmhouse aesthetics with practicality, while the storage layout perfectly classifies and stores all kinds of kitchen supplies. Built from sturdy composite board with wood-grain finish, this counter-height table combines stable load-bearing capacity with easy daily maintenance.

Great buy for the price! This piece was delivered quickly in 2 heavy boxes. Yes, 2 adults are needed to move and assemble. First impression efficiently and safely packaged. I could see right away that I liked the colorwood grain pattern of the product, and the (many) pieces looked well-made with smooth edges. Tons of hardware included. Next, we used the team approach to confirm all pieces where included—one called out part number, the other checked it off on the instructions. Speaking of instructions these are very well done. Typically, I see a self-assemble product like this and I’m CERTAIN I won’t be able to do this. With this product, the instruction booklet is long, detailed and made up primarily of pictures showing how each section is put together. The steps are over-explained through these drawings, making it very clear how each step goes together. These were some of the clearest instructions I’ve ever worked with! The wood pieces went together smoothly. Using the diagram instructions to ensure we had everything oriented properly (are all the holes matching the diagram, etc.) worked really well. The insane number of hardware pieces led to an incredibly sturdy construction. Everything went together exactly as described in the instruction booklet. All pre-drilled holes lined up, we even had extra screws and other hardware in case of a misplaced or broken piece. This took 2 adults 3 full hours to assemble. One of us is extremely mechanically inclined, the other is good at organizing and checking off vompleted strps. The final product is sturdy and good looking. For the price, the engineered wood is nicely priced. I’m happy with this island!. Teressa. MI. Sun Oct 11 2026

This 44.5-inch rolling kitchen island is designed to elevate everyday cooking. A dedicated drawer, towel rack, and knife holder keep essentials within easy reach. Five smooth casters (including two locking wheels) let the island glide across kitchen zones and lock firmly when needed. The durable, water- and stain-resistant rubberwood surface wipes clean in seconds, making cooking, storage, and cleanup more efficient.

This is well made. I took one star off because of the instructions. The well space is deep and can accommodate three bar chairs. The drawers for storage are deep and the cabinets hold a lot. I would recommend that two people put it together to cut down on the length of time. It took my son about 6 hours to do on his own but part of that time was used to correct problems because of the instructions. The instructions aren’t the easiest to understand and leave important steps out. For instance, the drawer rails come in one piece rather than separated in two. They don’t tell you to separate them or how to do it.. Chloe. Fri Oct 02 2026
