I was really happy that the sofa was delivered earlier than the scheduled delivery date. Since it’s a heavy item, Wayfair included free delivery and setup right in my preferred room, which made the whole process super convenient. They also called at least 30 minutes before arrival to make sure someone was home, which I really appreciated. The delivery team was very nice and polite. They brought it all the way up to my third-floor apartment and set it up quickly without any issues. The sofa itself is manual recline, but it’s very smooth and easy to use. You can even recline it almost flat, which is perfect if you want to take a quick nap or just fully relax. The fabric feels soft and slightly velvety, but it doesn’t seem like it will attract dirt easily. It is a bit on the firmer side, like some other reviews mentioned, but still very comfortable for lounging and watching TV in the living room. Just got this cute Couch assembled. I ordered this Rolled Arm Sofa with Nailhead trim for My Husband to use in His TV Room. Assembly was pretty simple. Illustrated instructions made it very easy. Once completed the Sofa seems to be pretty sturdy and solid. I do wish it had more Grey tone in the upholstery. It appears to give off more of a Tanish/ light beige Tweed color look. But the color will work in the room it's in. And I normally do not complain unless I can make it work. But I'll say the Back Cushions definitely need much more stuffing. They are pretty flat for such long seat cushions that comes with this couch. Also, the three seat cushions do stick out beyond the couch frame more than I've ever seen on a Couch. As you can see in the pictures. But again, as for the back cushions I will purchase some good firm foam pieces to add to them . The seat cushions are actually very very well stuffed and smooth. Which I love. Very comphy too sit on them. Not too hard yet not too soft. And in person the over length of the couch cushions in the front aren't all that noticable when walking into the room but the pictures pretty well show the over lap. I was a little hesitant when deciding to order this Couch when I read it had wooden slats which I'm not a fan of wood slats. But to my surprise the slats are very nice and thick and will hold ALOT of weight. You would not know there was wooden slats just by sitting on this couch. And they are secured in place with no way of shifting when properly installed. We do love this couch and being in the room it's in only Hubby will be sitting on it. And I can stuff the back cushions to my liking so we will be keeping it and we will enjoy having it. I strongly feel the price point it right on for what we got. It serves our need.. Debbie. We built a detached garage and needed a sofa in our entertaining space. We went with the navy stripe and it is exactly the blue color we were wanting. The packaging was an amazement- as this complete sofa came in ONE box! There are ZERO instructions included, but it was relatively easy to figure out how to assemble (took @ 30 minutes). The couch is surprisingly comfortable, given the pricepoint. While I wouldn't have this as our main, house sofa- it works perfect for our "occasionally used" space.. Janet. Leesville, SC.
