It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. First off the set is amazing! The quality is there. The reason for a 4 star is that I had to bend 2 of the side pieces 1 on the sofa and 1 on the loveseat to get the hooks to lock in place and it kinda sucked. You need all the pieces to lock in place so that you can recline and not drift apart. It was a super hard to hammer it accurately.
