Polywood is ALWAYS a good choice. The material made from a polywood product doesn’t fade and it continues to look new year after year. My hubby picked this out for himself for Father’s Day a few years ago. It is sturdy, hasn’t chipped, cracked since day one. We are not on the skinny side and it holds up quite well. The only downside I have found is the height. I wish it was a little taller to make it easier to get in and out of. Because of these old bones of ours, the shortness of it truly makes it a struggle to lift yourself up to get off of it. If it were taller 5 stars all around, but lower, loses as star for me..
