Get back to stylish basics with this handsome backlit analog alarm clock. Why read a string of numerals that you have to interpret when you can just tell the time with a quick glance on a standard analog face. This alarm clock features an automatic green backlight that illuminates in the dark for easy reading, or you can trigger the on-demand soft blue light with the touch of a button. This clock features quartz accuracy, an ascending alarm and silent sweep second hand, so not to interrupt sleep. This wonderfully simple and easy to use analog alarm clock operates on 3 AA batteries (not included), so makes it perfect for traveling or moving clock to different rooms.

This clock is as-described. The face of the clock is nearly 4" wide. Once I received the clock, which was on-time, well-packaged and without issues, I realized I would have liked something a little smaller for my nightstand. This clock is 4" wide and 5" high. You can see the time in the dark because the entire face gives off a soft green light.. Catherine. Salem, NH. Sun Jun 21 2026

The sand timer, more commonly referred to as the hourglass, is a device used to keep track of time. Minutes are measured as sand moves from bulb to bulb. During a voyage, the hour glass would be one of few reliable ways to measure time at sea alongside a compass to assist overall navigation. This brass, invertible hourglass stands on a metal base, navigating through the days.
