The coffee table came with deep scratches on the top. I contacted customer service to have item replaced or my money refunded. I was told I could not get my money back or entire item replaced. I reluctantly accepted as there was no other choice given to me. Was told part would be here by August 20th. Now I have received a message that it will be delayed for 10days before it is shipped to me. According to the wayfair policy, I can send it back, but at my expense. I also could return it to the nearest store that is one and a half hours from me. Completely unacceptable. I will never order from this company again. This coffee table is beautiful. It was somewhat easy to put together and came without any damage. It’s pretty solid except the thin flake board panels on the side. The most difficult part in my opinion was putting the lifts on. I will say it is top heavy. And when you lift the top you have to hold the bottom piece so it doesn’t tip.
