Overall this piece is good. It arrived with part of the frame bent so it’s wonky when it rolls (I’ve submitted for a replacement part, TBD if that arrives..). I’ve set it up anyway and it fits my needs for a cute, rolling art cart. The top handle piece is plastic, not metal, which feels a little cheap given the price but colors are fun!. Anonymous.
