Pressure Complete Shower System with Rough-in Valve

Three years ago we built a house. We had this installed along with a delta shower system in another bathroom. We were concerned that this was an unknown product to us. It came with all parts, including the rough in, neatly protected and packaged. We recently had to have a leak fixed on the Delta but this system is still functioning perfectly. The installer reversed the hot and cold so we added stickers , they are not included. On first use the rain shower sprayed in a million different directions. We just ran a back brush over the rubber nipples and that straitened the stream. Occasionally you’ll have a wayward stream but the back brush fix straightens it out.
