This outdoor set was so easy to put together and was done in less than 15 mins. The basis of the assembly was screwing in the tiny legs to balance the overall pieces and that all it took. Very nice furniture, this came in two boxes. It took two of us about 3 hrs to put it together. One person to hold the pieces together while the other person put in the hardware. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers..
