Trusting the process of my reno but the light fixture was easy to install! Comes with everything you need (besides light bulbs). I will say the fixture comes with rubber washers to compress around the glass and it was hard to fit the two washers per glass installed so i ended up just using one washer on the underside and screwing the gold topper to raw glass which was worrying but works!. I replaced my old bathroom lights that rusted. These are aluminum and shouldn't rust. My only problem is I ordered 2 lights and now on my 4th box because the glass globes were broken. The globes are packed down in Styrofoam slots but then they put the aluminum fixture on top with the receptacles down in the globes. Any pressure on top of box or jostling around causes the glass to break. Mayfair has been great about replacing my damaged globes. Other than that the light is easy to install and looks nice.
