Muhly Grass (Muhlenbergia capillaris), commonly known for its enchanting pink-purple plumes, is a stunning perennial grass that adds texture and movement to any landscape. This ornamental grass features fine, delicate foliage that creates a graceful arching habit, making it an excellent choice for borders, mass plantings, or as a focal point in garden beds. The soft, cloud-like flower heads bloom in late summer to fall, creating a spectacular display that catches the light and draws attention, enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces. Thriving in full sun, Muhly Grass is adaptable to various outdoor settings and is particularly suited for well-drained soils. This hardy grass typically grows to a height of 2 to 4 feet, making it perfect for filling in gaps in flower beds, creating naturalistic meadows, or providing year-round interest. The ethereal plumes not only add visual appeal but also attract pollinators, such as butterflies and bees, contributing to a lively garden environment. Well-adapted to USDA Hardiness Zones 6-10, Muhly Grass is drought-tolerant and thrives in heat, making it an ideal choice for low-maintenance and water-wise gardens. It adapts well to a range of soil types, including sandy and clay soils, as long as they are well-drained. For optimal growth, plant Muhly Grass in sunny locations with good air circulation and minimal competition from other plants. With minimal care, including occasional pruning to remove dead foliage and promote new growth, this elegant grass will flourish, providing stunning seasonal interest and enhancing the biodiversity of your outdoor space.

Six feet of bougainvillea in full bloom. Without a single dropped petal. At this scale, the tree becomes the room. Cascading pink clusters spill over layered green branches, filling vertical space the way a mature garden specimen would — but without the outdoor climate it would normally require. Living rooms, entryways, hotel lobbies, commercial spaces — anywhere that calls for a floral focal point that does not need tending. The fabric flowers are detailed enough to reward a closer look. The green foliage has the kind of layered variation that flat, single-material plants lack. Together, they create an arrangement that reads as real from the door and holds up when someone walks up to examine it. The black pot keeps the base clean and modern, letting the color of the blooms lead. At 72 inches, this is the version that fills a corner completely — the one that changes the scale of the room. Assembly is straightforward. Maintenance is a soft cloth. For the spaces where a real bougainvillea would be the most beautiful thing in the room — if only it could survive indoors.

Looks very nice! And I’m happy with the price.. Jai. Danbury, CT. Sat May 30 2026

Beautiful artificial Bougainvillea tree! It was very easy to assemble and I really like the pot that it comes in. The pot is heavy and sturdy. I got this gorgeous plant to help camouflage our outdoor electrical panel and utility panels. It fits perfectly behind my other planter on the edge of the patio but allows for access to the outlets and panels. It’s perfect! It adds a perfect pop of soft color to my outdoor oasis while covering the panel eyesores. I plan to get another one to place on the opposite side, as it will give added privacy for my neighbor’s bedroom window and camouflage her AC unit as well. Update, I purchased a second tree and I love it! Now it feels balanced and adds more privacy. The second tree however is much fuller than the first one. The tree stems, leaves and flowers look very realistic and rich with color and the details are authentic. Most of my outdoor plants are faux due to my allergies to pollinators, but no one can tell! I still get pollinators and hummingbirds constantly coming around and flying away frustrated. Who says you can’t fool Mother Nature Lol!. Lisa. Van Buren Twp, MI. Mon Jul 06 2026
