This is a great alternative if you want the feeling and function of an expensive spa shower but dont want to spend thousands of dollars. Parts are made of plastic but the internal parts are all metal. Some things to note- First you can only use one of the functions at a time- either handheld, rain shower or the 3 jets. That is because it is all just coming from one water source (again thats why this isnt a 1000 shower system) All 3 functions tilt so you have some directional control however the Jets dont slide up and down on the rail. They are stationary and as a short person they hit me in my face and neck if Im not careful. The top 2 jets can be twisted onoff so I close the top one and tilt the other 2 down and that works for me. Also thr handheld docking station can be adjusted up and down the rail so I place it a bit higher and can use the handheld like another showhead. The handheld also has 5 different settings which offers lots of variety. Warning- your shower time will probably double because it is so enjoyable! I like to switch between all three functions.. Ive bought the brand name shower heads and still couldnt get enough pressure to rinse the shampoo out of the head quickly. This shower head I bought from wayfair is awesome. Their shower heads are very reasonably priced and I didnt buy the most expensive one in the manufacturer line either. I bought the one in the midrange, which worked better and far cheaper then the high dollar brand names Ive bought before buying this one. I recommend too my family and friends to buy it.. Was nervous about this purchase but I love it. It looks so pretty. I think I surprised my contractor though because of the two showerheads and the handheld all located on one wall. My original was a basic 1997 tub/shower combo. So we only had one tub faucet and one shower head. Converting to a luxury walk-in shower, I knew I wanted some bells and whistles. This is better for a new installation versus a replacement simply because the spacing has to be exact for the mounting between the shower handle and the rain head mount. Unfortunately, I did not read the directions prior to selecting this item and it will not fit the holes in my current shower. The quality of the shower bar is fantastic.
