This is an excellent product. I’m remodeling an older home and this is flexible enough to work with sloping floors and uneven walls. It cuts easily with a miter saw and is easy to paint with a latex-based paint. My only issue is that the trim is polystyrene and can dent when using a nail gun to install.. Emma. Dubuque, IA.
