This was just what I needed. I have two cats and just moved into a place with a patio and screen. My cats are indoor cats but they like to look out the door. When they see me outside, they scratch the screen to get out or to get my attention. Having this plexiglass to protect the screen was key! Not only is it saving me a replacement screen, but it allows me to go in and out by stepping over the plexiglass and preventing them to run out, AND they get to see what’s going on out there without any problem. We call this our “pretty shed”. It took 3 people to assemble and I recommend you stain and seal it pretty quickly as the pine wood absorbs water and spots if not sealed. I also recommend you use a power nailer since the siding shingles are fairly thin and when we tried to use a hammer they started to split.
