I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. The shed is impervious to wood-eating insects and won't rust, rot, dent, mildew, or need painting. It has a 15-year warranty and a step-by-step easy-to-follow assembly instruction booklet.

You need to set aside a full day or two to assemble this thing, BUT I will say that the instructions are thorough and correct,,,, all the pieces were accounted for, and once assembled it's fairly sturdy,,,, though if you live in a high wind area you may want to consider a different shed. For us though, after placing it against a wall and in the corner, no worries about the wind. Looks nice, needs some sort of latching hardware for one door,,, I used magnets. The package was delivered on time and the crews put it on the place that I wanted to. I did not put it up yet. The cover and the side were pretty easy to open cause they were holding with staples instead of nails. The top layer are all metal mounts hardwares and the roof top and support items. The bottom part are all the cedar woods. There are 2 packs of roof panels, they are realy heavy though. The scent from the cedar woods is fresh and relaxing. A part number was stamped on every single piece of wood, make it easy to find the right piece. Overall it is excellent, everything were put in one single package with no damaged, dents or scartches at all. I am very happy with the purchased and the item was on sales just under $3,000..
