I actually love this sink--it's nice & deep, is easy to keep clean, and looks beautiful in our kitchen. My only issue is that it DOES scratch, even though it claims to be scratch resistant. I have to be very careful about what I use to clean it so that it doesn't scratch. I was using one of those sponges that has a scrubber on one side and it scratched the sink pretty easily. It's not super noticeable, and it doesn't bother me that much, but it's still a little disappointing. Arrived very well packaged and free of cracks. It is really heavy, and it will need a wood frame support built in the cabinet to support it, and probably two or mor people to put it in. But what a beauty! I installed it as a drop-in, having cut out the hole in the countertop. I had to adjust the cutout a few times so it could drop completely. Ordered it for my kitchen renovation. Looks like a good quality sink. I find the 27” size very convenient - it’s not too big and not to small. Looks great! Haven't installed it yet because we are waiting for countertops, but the finish seems good and the color is bright. It looks a bit more plasticky than I thought, which doesn't put me off. It is composite after all. The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the paper drop-in template is unclear, which will make installation more difficult. Very happy with this sink in the washup/laundry room. The sink is deep enough to water some plants and still have room to wash up dirty hands. The 28 inch width was just the right length needed for a sink replacement in an existing countertop renovation. The sink is of good quality stainless steel and is sound insulated.
